After consuming billions of words from the internet from many sources and can produce human-like text…it’s not entirely human. And there are dangers to our way of behaving and thinking that might lead us astray.

For one, we are in danger of losing our authenticity. You only need to write a prompt, and the AI text generator will add content that leaves us in danger of dispersing misinformation.

In addition to that, we will be breeding the next generation of lazy and non-thinking individuals. Originality and creativity will disappear.

On the other hand, we will have to adapt. As I see it, AI-Generated Text is the future. I also see its value in difficult formulaic approaches. However, AI though can present factually correct information from the past, it could be incorrect for current info.

It still stands that we are now facing the future and I’d hope that there will be some safety measures put in place to try and keep info as safe for consumption as possible.

I would consider it when I feel it's safe to use and when my creativity would not be compromised.
