And what's the point of sharing it anyway? When I share something that ails me, I do it once and refuse to talk about it further. I have my husband to talk to. I have myself to take care of my mental health. To rise above and beyond. And I understand why you would feel frustrated when something like this is dumped....yes dumped....on you. You might try to change the subject and move on to something different. That works for me. They eventually get the message.
