Have I missed your birthday???? HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

My birthday is in just a few days. As you, my regular readers, will recall, I’ve often commented on my lifelong indifferent health. I came into the world unwell. Things didn’t much improve with the passage of years. Throughout my childhood, I was plagued by a constellation of health conditions, with no unifying cause underlying my issues. I also did not grow up safe. Frankly, I’m surprised to still be here in 2023 and about to turn sixty.
