Hi Anthony, going back many years, I was a power lifter. The heavier. The better. Then I got older and my joints started rebelling. Arthritis set in in several parts of my body. But I kept going, trying to prove to myself that age has nothing to do with strength. Now I take it a bit easier. Less weight, higher reps. It’s the taking time away from the gym that stopped me while reading this informative piece. I work out 5 days a week. More machines, less dumbells. And I spin 4 times a week…something I should rethink, because I’m losing too much weight. In short, thank you and have a safe day.
