Water dreams
From moonlight beams 
Green lakes at morn
A day is born
Will-o’-the-wisp
O tragic storm
Give unto me
Give unto dawn
The fallen shower
Sustains the flower
Of myrtle glee
In majesty
Yet unto thee
Such a travesty
Where are the fields
Of farms once tilled
Of golden hay
O tragedy
Unbroken rows
And broken schemes
Of green shoots strewn
For milk and cream
Unbroken skies
The quite bird cries
And bees befall
Immortal calls 
Retracing steps
Before the dawn
Of water dreams
And moonlight beams
Green lakes at morn 
And days forlorn
All would seem
Those water dreams
Whence all…
