…ys of doing what you’re told, when you’re told, the way you're told until you’re told you can stop. The old guard generation only thinks they did that, they expect Gen Z to fall in line with the demands of the old guard.

I suppose every generation is afflicted with the same mentality. Anything new is difficult to adjust to sometimes. This might be one of them. It doesn't make it wrong or right. It's just is....human nature.
