I use Almond butter since I'm on a Paleo lifestyle.

The recipe is simple: throw roasted peanuts into the bowl of a food processor. Some call for unsalted but then add salt. I just used organic salted nuts. Add a bit of oil and blend until desired consistency. Stop to scrape the bowl, and the whole process will take 8–10 minutes before it is creamy. I added a few tablespoons of honey too.
