I wish I could nap during the day. I can't, no matter how hard I try. So I stopped trying.

Even though we’re now in our 70’s, napping became a habit for both of us when we were in our 50’s. When he was still working my husband used to be able to come home for lunch and found he was able to grab a short nap everyday before he had to go back to the office. He found it rejuvenated him.
