In Toastmasters I learned to heed all the filler-words.

It’s a “filler” word for forgetting and not knowing what you are trying to say, making you sound dumb.
Isn’t It, UM, Annoying, UM, When Someone, UM, Uses UM Ten Times in a Sentence?
