My husband does that to me and it's very upsetting.

I decided to write about this topic even though I tend to talk over people as well. I feel guilty when I talk over top of my boyfriend or my kids. Recently, while journaling and reflecting on myself, I asked what I would like to improve and become better at. The answer that came to my mind was to stop talking over others.
