There's a fine line between a therapeutic discourse and an overused discourse.

So on one hand, it is great that we are vulnerable enough to talk about our problems, but at the other end of the spectrum, when does it become too much? (Remember we are not talking about someone who has experienced actual trauma, but rather patches of bad luck/misfortunes in their lives (but then again, it is not my place to judge what constitutes trauma)…)
